Learning Designers

Learning Designers can help you design or redesign your online and blended courses. They can help you optimize your learning management system (Blackboard), suggest ways to make your content more accessible, coach you in use of technologies, and work with you to decide new ways to deliver your course content.

Blackboard Tier II & Emerging Technologies Support

Shane is the resident Blackboard expert who watches the Helpdesk ticketing system to problem solve online learning difficulties. He has a broad knowledge of online learning technologies and is in charge of scheduling workshops of all kinds. Shane researches, tests, implements and supports many new emerging technologies.  He is also our Google guru!  If there is a topic you would think would be of general interest to online and blended teaching, contact Shane to make a suggestion.
