SWISH Shooting Camp
Camp Director: Coach Karl Henrikson
Boys & Girls entering Grades 9 - 12, June 19 - 21
Camp runs from Friday afternoon through Sunday at noon.
This camp is for the player with a solid basketball foundation, who aspires to take those skills to the next level. Instruction will center on shooting off the pass, shooting off the dribble, shooting from the Triple Threat position, shooting from the high and low post areas, end of the fastbreak scoring moves, scoring from the wings and zone spots shooting. Learn how to improve your footwork, create space and become a better player using techniques used by top collegiate and pro players.

Advanced STIX Field Hockey Camp
Camp Director: Coach Bonny Brown-Denico
Girls entering Grades 10 - 12, August 7 - 9
Camp runs from Friday afternoon through Sunday at noon.
Join Coach Brown-Denico and her staff of collegiate coaches and players at this intense instructional camp that will combine skill and special situation play along with 7v7 games. This camp is for the player with a solid field hockey foundation, who aspires to take those skills to the next level. Instruction will center on penalty corners, penalty strokes, 1v1 situations, ball control skills, shooting, as well as offensive and defensive footwork and stick work. Goalkeepers will have a lot of action in the various drill stations. We will have a low player coach ratio, and our goal is to prepare players for the collegiate level.
