Robertson Named USM Women's Tennis Captain
GORHAM, Maine -- Senior Erica Robertson (St. Albans, Vt./Bellows Free Academy) has been named the captain of the University of Southern Maine Huskies women's tennis team for the 2009 season. First-year head coach Ron Chicoine made the announcement earlier this week. "Erica is a veteran and the lone returning player to the tennis team," noted Chicoine. In Southern Maine's only match to date, Robertson won both her singles and doubles matches. A three-sport student-athlete, Robertson is also a member of the USM women's ice hockey and lacrosse teams.
