Tourism & Hospitality Class goes to New York - May 12-18 - Registration Open!

This New York Culinary Tourism and Food Heritage summer travel class will take place May 12-18. This class will take a bus tour of upstate New York, exploring food tourism topics in the Finger Lakes region, and then go into NYC at the end of the week to learn about the culinary tourism in various immigrant communities.  The course is co-taught with a Food Travel Writer, so students can expect to develop skills in food reviews and travel writing.  The first deadline for registration is fast approaching - February 14th. 

Anyone interested should attend the informational meeting on Thursday, February 6th at 3:30pm in Bailey 300 - Gorham.
