The USM Certificate Program in Professional Coaching is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to integrate coaching skills in their work and in their lives. HR professionals, supervisors, and managers, as well as anyone considering starting an independent professional coaching practice or anyone looking to strengthen an existing practice will all benefit from this introduction to the essential skills and basic fundamentals of coaching. The program consists of five sequential courses including a capstone practicum which provides three, one-hour telecoaching sessions with Barbara Wilson. These courses may also be taken individually.
