This course presents a comprehensive overview of the recruitment and employment process, an often underutilized part of human resource planning and management strategy. You will sharpen your professional skills by exploring key concepts, including state and federal employment laws, the staffing process, and the legal issues of pre-employment inquiries. You will learn:

Deborah Gallant, SPHR, CCP, founder and president of D. Gallant Management Associates located in Portland, has been in the consulting business since 1987 and has clients all over the country. She has over 25 years of hands-on experience in human resources and management development with Fortune 500 companies.
