Therapeutic Touch

Therapeutic Touch (TT) promotes healing, relaxation, and a sense of comfort and well-being. Therapeutic Touch is an intentionally directed process of energy exchange whereby the practitioner uses the hands to facilitate the movement of energy. TT is supported by clinical research and practiced in hospitals, as well as for self- and family-care. TT can be used alone or with other healing modalities. Class time is focused on experiential learning of TT technique and the understanding of:

  • theory and principles of TT
  • basic principles of the human energy field
  • intuition
  • intentionality
  • holistic health
  • self-care

No prior experience is necessary; anyone can learn to use TT. You will earn a certificate of completion for the 12-hour basic level requirement.
