Proper interpretation is critical in order to initiate corrective action before overt signs of distress appear. This class will utilize a systems approach to identify, analyze and discuss pertinent lab data associated with pathological conditions as it relates to neurological, pulmonary, cardiac, endocrine, gastrointestinal, renal, and immunological disorders. Nursing interventions and medical management will be highlighted. This course is appropriate for nurses and other healthcare professionals.
