To truly understand the coaching process, a prospective coach should know what it feels like to be coached. This course offers that opportunity and serves as the capstone of the Coaching Certificate Program. Bring your calendar to the Coach's Toolkit session so you can schedule three, one-hour telecoaching sessions with Barbara Wilson. The practicum offers an opportunity for individuals to experience working with a coach, whether or not you are interesting in exploring coaching as a potential career direction.
