Dreamwork: An Introduction |
|
|
Learn techniques for considering your own dreams and initial steps to approaching the dreams of others. This workshop is helpful for therapists considering working with clients' dreams for the first time, for more experienced practitioners who want a refresher, and for individuals interested in interpreting their own dreams. Practical ways of approaching dreams are introduced through hands-on group work. Each session involves the introduction of specific techniques followed by their application. Excerpts from a few authors will be discussed, but the primary work will be practicing interpretation of dreams presented by the instructor. Toward the end of the workshop, one or two dreams of class participants may be considered if students are willing to discuss them.
