  • Appreciate the need for a new, more effective approach to the problem facing most of us: overwhelming options and demands, particularly in the area of personal improvement.
  • Learn five mistakes most of us make when trying to simplify life, reduce stress and better ourselves, so you can recognize these mistakes in yourself and those you lead and impact change for the better.
  • Adopt ten proven and sustainable principles for living and working well.
  • Learn how to recognize personal improvement hype so that you are no longer unduly distracted and misled by empty opportunities and baseless advice.

Part two - four hour session

  • Gain assistance in breaking through obstacles that have arisen in the practicing of the ten success principles learned in first session.
  • Learn how to make new learning stick beyond the program.

At the end of this program, you will be able to:

  • Rely on updated strategies for establishing and accomplishing meaningful goals.
  • Better navigate the demands of modern life and work through greater discernment, single-mindedness, and clarity.
  • Apply a resilient repertoire of skills for coping with constant change, information overload, and other stressors of modern life and work.
  • Direct inherent personal strengths toward living life on terms that genuinely matter.
  • Feel more confident, optimistic, and in control - no matter what is happening in the outer world.
  • Lead life, work, and others with greater integrity, command, and passion.
