Leading through Difficult Times: Collaborative Strategies for Nurse Mangers

This offering is part instruction, part facilitated interaction. Our belief is that your expertise will take on new energy as you share it and learn from others who face similar challenges. You are the experts, and together you have a profound capacity to exchange and develop useful strategies! Bring your knowledge, wisdom and skills to the table. And learn from the wisdom of your colleagues.

Through this combination of structured learning and peer-generated discussion, you will also develop collaborative strategies that you can bring back to your team:

  • Positive group interaction
  • Collaborative learning
