Training Facilitation

Effective facilitation brings your training design to life. The best design can fall flat if group issues are not quickly identified and resolved. Effective training facilitation can help manage the group process, increase learning, and improve performance. This module will focus on key communication skills trainers need to work effectively with groups. In this course, you will learn:

  • how to capitalize on the importance of the first 30 minutes of a training session
  • how to identify and deal with difficult individual and group behaviors
  • how to lead productive discussions
  • how to facilitate group activities

The last session will focus on managing resistance before, during, and after training. This section has been added by student request.

She facilitates learning to help participants achieve results, increase satisfaction, and reduce stress. She brings energy, humor, and a wealth of real life examples to every workshop.
