Managerial Courage

This workshop is designed to help managers and supervisors learn to confront serious ongoing behavior issues directly, truthfully, and respectfully. You will gain the courage to hold yourself and your employees accountable to high standards of performance and behavior necessary to creating a positive workplace. You will be given tools and time to practice new skills to deal with difficult behavior in the workplace. During this workshop you will:

  • Identify specific strategies for confronting disrespectful behavior
  • Discover your own unique obstacles to direct confrontations
  • Practice presence and assertiveness under pressure
  • Develop an action plan to apply new skills on the job

Participants are asked to bring to class a workplace problem situation for practicing these skills.
