Status Quo or Letting Go: Leading Change

We live in a time where rapid and constant change is part of every organization. While some find change exciting and challenging, others can find it overwhelming and unsettling. Organizations and individuals understand that change can bring growth, new ideas, energy and success, yet letting go of the old ways of doing business, behaviors, and processes can be difficult. As team leaders and managers part of our job is to help others not only accept change, but ignite it. In this interactive workshop, we'll look at the research that can support you in doing this important work. We'll uncover the stages of change, discuss the power of speaking to employee's feelings, and offer tips and tools to help you and your employees make the right choice and change.
