Discover and develop your ability to move toward greater balance, control, and peace of mind.

Twenty-five years of research indicate that MBSR is a powerful tool, and in this course, you will have the opportunity to practice interventions that can be used in the helping professions as well as in your personal life. We will explore:

  • skillful techniques for coping with stressful situations
  • practical methods for being physically and mentally relaxed
  • gentle, full-body conditioning exercises to strengthen your body and release muscular tension
  • awareness of the relationship between body and mind in health and illness
