Creative Problem Solving

Creative problem solving enables you, your staff, and colleagues to continuously improve work processes, eliminate stumbling blocks to good performance, and increase satisfaction at work. In this workshop, we will explore creative problem-solving tools which can help individuals or teams:

  • learn how to map out a work process to uncover inappropriate, inefficient or redundant steps
  • make decisions using a thinking process that combines and examines information, logic, emotions, and creativity
  • create and then focus a team on specific, shared problem definition
  • identify and organize the root causes of the problem
  • identify creative solutions and action plans
  • strategically plan how you will roll out your solution, considering both helping and hindering forces

Take problem solving to the next level and increase your team's creativity and collaboration with the "Innovation in Action" course below.
