This nine month, 33 credit option is an intense full-time experience that integrates both theory and practice in a school-based program. Students who successfully complete the nine month internship are recommended for K-8 or 7-12 (English, Social Studies, Science, Mathematics, Foreign Language) teacher certification. After successfully completing the internship, students have the option of completing a M.S. Ed. in either Teaching and Learning or Applied Literacy, or re-apply for a second certification in special education and then complete the masters.

All courses are 3 credit hours unless otherwise noted. The exact sequence of courses will vary, depending on site, concentration, and program option.
