On May 5, 2014 REL-NEI hosted a webinar event featuring CEPARE Research Associate Erika Stump, who shared findings from a MEPRI study on proficiency-based diploma system implementation in Maine, and Dr. Jennifer Steele, who presented research on competency-based pilot programs for Rand Corporation.
