How do I Enable Junk Mail Handling?
Instructions for Windows
The GroupWise Windows client has a feature called Junk Mail Handling. Junk Mail Handling will allow you to automatically move mail that you receive from certain senders or domains. For example, you can move all mail from "joe@spammer.com" or all mail from anyone at "spammer.com" to a folder called "Junk Mail."
- Click on Tools > Junk Mail Handling.

- In the Settings tab of the Junk Mail Handling window, place checkmarks on the following items:
- Enable Junk List
- (Optional) Automatically delete items 14 days after delivery

- Click OK to save these settings. You will now see a folder called Junk Mail in your mailbox.

- To automatically junk a sender or a domain, right-click on a message from that sender and choose Junk Mail > Junk sender….

- On the Junk Sender screen, choose to Junk e-mail from this address or from this internet domain.
Also, you can choose to move the particular item you just right-clicked on to the Junk Mail folder.
