GroupWise: Online, Self-Guided Tours
Please note: GroupWise is the email and group scheduling system for faculty and staff at USM (students: please visit UMS ITS for your email account).
Our self-guided tours are provided to help you get started with the basics in GroupWise. Both the Windows client and the WebAccess clients are covered. The self-guided tours were designed more as "quick start" references than as exhaustive training materials. They're intended to get you started with GroupWise...not to make you an expert. To gain expertise, we expect that in addition to using the clients, you will also attend trainings, refer to our other online documentation, consult with your coworkers, read GroupWise's built-in help, contact our Helpdesk, and so on.

- We offer training on GroupWise and other topics through Employee Education and Development.
- GroupWise's built-in help (the Help menu) is one of the best we've seen.
