Blackboard Information
Faculty, please note: beginning with Fall 2008 classes, Blackboard course request submissions are no longer needed. All courses are automatically listed in the new Blackboard 8 Server. Login to Blackboard
Blackboard is a resource provided by UMS Information Technology Services (ITS) that makes it easy for faculty to manage electronic course material for their classes. It has easy-to-use built in tools to assist faculty to publish course material and assignments, provide a course calendar, collect homework via student drop boxes, provide online testing, provide an online grade book, provide a "conferencing" facility, etc. The Blackboard course roster is automatically maintained from the class list.
