Troubleshooting Your Connection to USM's Wireless Network

  1. Be sure you are in a building that is covered by USM's Wireless Network.
  2. Reboot your computer.
  3. Be sure you have disabled WEP encryption.
  4. Call the HelpDesk at 780-4029 or visit them in 144 Luther Bonney.
