USM Student Nurses Association (SNA)

The University has within its walls some of the greatest opportunities a student could access.

The Students are the breath of the life of the School and have developed Organizations to further themselves academically and professionally.

We, of the Student Nurses Association (SNA), commit to grow as inidviduals and nurture the bond we have with the Portland community.

In our busy school-lives we find time and heart to donate time, blood, money and efforts to events such as the Susan Komen Walk to Support Breast Cancer Research and the annual USM Husky Fest, among others.

Become a member:

As a student at USM you will find yourself accessing Blackboard frequently. On Blackboard there is a Club/Organization tab - this is where you can search for the USM SNA. Once you locate the Organization you can request membership and become a member.

In the Organziations webpage you will find all the resources you will need to navigate your way through the USM Nursing Program. There is a calendar of activities, a student checklist to prepare for clinicals and a Hand-Me-Down tab where students can advertise used materials to other students - some for free. You may also put in a request for materials you may need.
