CTEL Adobe Connect - Access Meeting Recordings

The following steps will describe how meeting hosts can access and distribute session recordings.

1. Login to and click on the "Meetings" tab and then select the proper meeting that was recorded.


2.  Click on "Recordings"


3.  Select the proper recording link 


Note: your recording may be flagged as private. To make it public, click the box to the left of the recording, then click the "Make Public" button. Failing to do so will require the person viewing to have host access and log in to see the video

4.  The playback URL will now be available to you - copy/paste the URL
