CTEL Auto-Promoting Participants in Adobe Connect

If you want to automatically give participants presenter status, you can use the auto-promote ability in Connect.   To enable this option go to MEETING > MANAGE ACCESS & ENTRY and select the AUTO-PROMOTE PARTICIPANTS TO PRESENTERS box.

If you enable this option, anyone who enters the meeting as a participant will automatically be promoted to presenter, regardless of who they are. You can demote them back to participant within the meeting itself, but should they exit and re-enter the meeting, they will again be a presenter.

To turn this option off, go to MEETING > MANAGE ACCESS & ENTRY, and deselect the AUTO-PROMOTE PARTICIPANTS TO PRESENTERS box.
