I attended Colby College for three years, got married and graduated from USM with a B.S. degree in Elementary Education, then got a Masters from Boston University. I've worked at the YWCA in Portland for many years, took a bit of time to raise my children then as a church administrator for 10 years, and came to USM 15 years ago, where I have been working in Instructional Technology and finally course design for online education.
I get my greatest work satisfaction from helping faculty find comfort with the technology they use in online education.
