Profile

Carolyn Gray, MPH is a Research Associate II at the Cutler Institute and Muskie School of Public Service. She has experience in implementation research, program evaluation, patient safety, and project management. Currently, Ms. Gray is working on a RWJF-funded project focused on cost of care conversations in the clinical setting. She is also leading the work of the WISER (Working to Improve Safety for Every Resident) project focusing on safety culture in nursing facilities and a quality improvement project on near miss reporting. Prior work includes evaluation of health care services and quality improvement projects in primary care, patient safety culture in hospital and medical office settings, and communication during transitions of care. Ms. Gray has a MPH from Boston University's School of Public Health with a concentration in Health Services.

Carolyn Gray has experience in implementation research, program evaluation, patient safety, and project management. She has been the project director on several projects focused on patient safety and evaluation of health care services.
