Engineering Tools: Materials Processing 2

Course Description: An introductory course to familiarize students with material processing operations. Topics include safety considerations, casting and metal forming techniques, material selection, material removal technology; lathes, milling machines, saws, drills, tool and parameter selection. Materials joining technology, welding, brazing, soldering. Heat treatment and metallographic examination.
