New Student Self Assessment Tool

This self-assessment tool was designed to help incoming USM students increase their success both inside and outside of the classroom. The responses you submit will be used in two ways:

(1) to provide you with personalized feedback regarding your responses, and

(2) to provide us with a collective "snapshot" of our incoming student class.

By completing this self-assessment tool and listing your contact information, you will be provided with feedback regarding where you are on your own "road to success". This may include action steps that you can take to be able to "hit the ground running" this fall.
