A fantastic full-dome show about the history and science of telescopes.   Who invented the telescope?  How have astronomers employed these astounding instruments to unravel the Universe's deepest secrets?

"Two Small Pieces of Glass" follows two young people who attend a star party and learn how telescopes work while they observe many wondrous objects within the cosmos.

Join us for this full dome celebration of the telescope!

Operetta by Johann Straus

A ball at a royal palace, a husband hoping for a fling, and a case of mistaken identity. Stir these ingredients into a crystal glass of bubbly and you have the comic opera that has delighted audiences for over a hundred years. You're invited to a party at Prince Orlovsky's villa. But be careful - champagne and desire can be a scandalous combination!

Ball set up by USM's Pre-Medical and Health Student Society in cooperation  
with USM's Salsa Club. This event provides a beautiful venue to socialize,  
learn how to salsa dance, and contribute to a good cause in our local  
community! All proceeds go to the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital and  
tickets can be purchased (in advance only) at www.bbch.org/Events or on  
campus!
