The trip is open to anyone so family and friends can accompany you while you take this class! Overview: This 9-day trip brings students and other travelers to Iceland to study and participate in Adventure Tourism in unparalleled beauty and wilderness. We will travel the Ring Road in Iceland and explore Iceland’s changing landscape from climate change to tourist impact. Highlights: Volcanoes, Glaciers, Icebergs, Fjords, Waterfalls, Museums, Wildlife, Geothermal, Viking Heritage, University of Iceland. Tourism activity analysis, GIS, and tourism planning research.
