USM Guide app debuts
A free phone, tablet and web app, USM Guidebook, just debuted in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. The app provides resources, event schedules, support services and year-round program information for current students, prospective students and families.

Some of USM's most immersive and memorable learning happens on the other side of the world. Students in a leadership project recently journeyed to the South African town of Montagu, located about two hours from the African continent's southern tip. They learned to improve as leaders by first learning to overcome their sense of remoteness.
