The University of Southern Maine's Lewiston-Auburn College just completed a $600,000 modernization of its laboratory and practicum/simulation spaces.

USM Digital Humanities (USMDH) is proud to announce the completion of a project entitled "Portland Women's History Walking Trail," lead by Dr. Eileen Eagan from USM's Department of History and Political Science. This project led to the creation of an application for mobile devices.
The Southern Maine Partnership (SMP) will begin its 29th year as an educational leadership organization with Dr. Anita Stewart McCafferty and Dr. Jeff Beaudry at the helm.

This panel discussion will examine the impact of institutional racism and cultural genocide, with an emphasis on Maine’s Tribal communities, the legacy of slavery in Maine, and the role of faith communities in combating racism today.
