Sing-Along Sessions
The Franco-American Collection sponsors a monthly French-language sing-along session held on-site at USM LAC. Sessions are organized by community members and encourage audience involvemnt. Lyrics to traditional French folk tunes are provided, and audience members are invited to add their own perofrances, or even share the odd joke or story!
The song sessions help to reinforce the French language and its music among the local community, and make a lasting contribution to the Collection's holdings.
