Minor in Archaeology
To receive a minor in archaeology, students must take at least 18 credits of archaeology courses.
Courses & Requirements
Of those 18 credits, students are required to take ANT 103 (Introduction to Archaeology-3 credits) and ANT 306 (Analysis of Archaeological Materials-3-6 credits).
Students must also take four courses from the elective courses listed below:
ANT 202 Origins of Civilization
ANT 250 Archaeology of South America
ANT 308 Environmental Archaeology
ANT 360 Public Archaeology
GYA 300 Archaeology Field School
Any extra credits beyond these required 18 will go towards general elective credits.
