Facilities Management
Location: Portland Campus
Wage Band/Start Wage: Wage Band 22, $14.09/hr
Full-time, Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
Service & Maintenance represented classified position
Employee performs highly skilled maintenance, installation, repair and trouble shooting work involved with electrical systems, motors, and life safety systems. Employee is responsible for compliance with codes and quality checks of campus electrical work. Work involves technical application of electrical principles.
REQUIRED: Must have a valid Maine Drivers License and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid Master Electrician's license. Must have specialized knowledge to analyze and solve complex problems. Education enabling ability to communicate effectively required. Interpersonal and analytical skills are necessary in order to communicate effectively with coworkers and other University personnel.
