Location: Upton Hall, Gorham Campus
Wage Band/Start Wage: Wage Band 21, $12.75/hr

Employee provides administrative and complex clerical work for Campus Card Services. Work involves considerable internal and external contacts involved in the production of campus ID cards, as well as troubleshooting problems and answering questions. This staff person will be responsible for handling accounting procedures and creating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets. Difficult non-routine tasks, access to confidential information and administration of department polices and procedures are performed by this staff member with judgment and initiative frequently exercised. Work is performed under general rather than specific instruction and requires excellent communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS: Required: A high school diploma with training and/or experience in the use of computers and software applications. Minimum of three year’s experience in an office setting performing various tasks that include customer service, budgeting and cash handling duties, and computer software applications or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: Customer service oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Previous work in a college/university setting.
