Information Reporting

Division of Information & Technology

   

The Department of Information Reporting is responsible for leading administrative and academic departments in the overall strategic extraction, interpretation, dissemination and reporting of their data within the information applications provided by the University of Maine System and University of Southern Maine. The Department has been established as a means of prioritizing reporting initiatives, centralizing reporting resources, and bringing about consistency in the standards of measurements and protocol in the reporting of University data.

The Department consists of two distinct areas of specialization for reporting various types of information within the University:

   

The Student area provides you with reports pertaining to retention, attrition, enrollment, degrees awarded, and resources for the University community to access student information.

The Human Resources area provides public information and statistics, and employee information, mailing labels, statistics, and lists related to the human resources of the University on an Intranet for University use and login Sub-Intranets for secure internal HR and University department use.
