Our Production Support activities focus on the following services:
Create queries so users can pull data from the Student Information System for reporting, research, and departmental data analysis.
Consultant to data owners and users to determine best possible means of storage and retrieval of information needed.
Maintain and continually enhance queries that pull data from the Student Information System.
Administer security of the Student Information System by providing Roles and Row Level Security to Students, Faculty and Staff.
Train end-users on the use of Student Information System applications: MaineStreet Campus Solutions and MaineStreet Query.
Provide student information to the university community, corporations or businesses that publish any USM student information, and greater non-university community-at-large via the Information Reporting web-site: http://usm.maine.edu/inforeporting/student/reports/
