ITMS provides responsive high-priority technical support for users of all types of technology in classrooms, lecture halls, meeting rooms, and at special events across USM’s three campuses.
To ensure that the technology that you need will be available to you and that we have appropriate support staff available, we ask that you please submit a technology request. You may place a request on-line, in-person or by calling our support desk.
In-room Technology Support
If you are experiencing an technical issue in your room, our technicians are just a phone call away from assisting you. Calling when the technical problem occurs, increases our likelihood of repairing the issue. We have extended technician hours to provide support for evening courses.
ITMS personnel are available to provide training on use of the audiovisual systems in University rooms and spaces. Schedule a training session with us.
Event Coverage and Support
We want to make sure that your event goes off without a hitch. Contact us early and we will work with you to provide and support the technology that you need for your event. ITMS can also schedule a technician to cover the entirety of your event for a fee.
