Tara Coste, Associate Professor of Leadership and Organizational Studies
Michigan Technology University, Ph.D. 

Dr. Tara Grey Coste teaches Organizational Theory, Research Methods, Deliberate Creativity and Innovation, and other courses in the leadership and organizational studies programs. Her research and publications are in the areas of organizational innovation and communication.  Applications of this work focus on refining the training processes that enhance team creativity and on helping professionals develop the knowledge and techniques they need to enhance their leadership abilities in multi-cultural, multi-national environments.  She is a Colleague of the Creative Education Foundation, Leader at the Creative Problem Solving Institute, Visiting Scholar at the Centre for Entrepreneurship of the University of Greenwich, Co-Founder of the International Forum of Creativity Organizations, and Past-President and Director of Research of the American Creativity Association.
