
Marvin Druker, Professor of Public Affairs
University of Wisconsin, Ph.D., Political Science
Professor Druker teaches classes on public administration, research
and statistics, and organizational change and development. His teaching
and research interests include interdisciplinary approaches to managing
public organizations and focusing on the use of innovation and the
impact on quality of work life. Recent presentations and publications
have been on connecting the classroom to the community through field
experiences, using the internet in classes, integrating adjunct
faculty into academic programs, and developing innovative structures
for local governments. He has served as President of the Maine Chapter
of the American Society for Public Administration. He currently
is overseeing the Masters in Leadership Studies program at LAC.
