Leigh Gronich Mundhenk,
BA in Psychology , Duke University; MS in Dynamics of Organization, University of Pennsylvania ; PhD.in Psycho-educational Processes, Temple University

Mundhenk's main focus is in career development. She coordinates and teaches the career development course series and runs the Internship program at USM LAC.  Prior to her teaching career at USM, she worked in private practice as a career coach and organizational development consultant. She also co-directed the Center for Continuing Education at USM. Other experience includes three years with Drake Beam Morin, a major human resource consulting firm, and  18 years in management with Johnson & Johnson.


Research Interests

Mundhenk's scholarship has been primarily in the areas of career development and student self-assessment. She is widely published in several academic journals and training manuals on topics related to career and organization development. She is also doing work in how cognitive development theory can inform teaching and career counseling.

USM Theater to present The Well of Horniness

The University of Southern Maine (USM) Department of Theatre will present an encore staged reading performance of Holly Hughes’ farcical radio play, “The Well of Horniness,” on Thursday, Oct. 2 in room 285, at 7:30 p.m.The Androscoggin Room, at the USM Lewiston-Auburn campus.

The performance is free for USM students and the general public.
