To request Media equipment for classroom use, please complete the following form and click "SUBMIT". NOTE: This form is for advance reservations only; please call the Library at 753-6540 for same-day AV equipment needs.

Students: Please see your instructor for the proper authorization to use video cameras and some other equipment that are listed seperately below. A link to the authorization form is provided. Please print this form, obtain faculty authorization, and return the form to the library to place a reservation.
