Maine Teen Writing 2014

The Literacy, Language and Culture Program, in collaboration with the Southern Maine Writing Project and the Betterment Fund, has released Maine Teen Writing 2014: A Collection of Award-Winning Works by Maine Middle and High School Students.  This publication features the collected works of Maine students who participated and received regional recognition in the 2014 Scholastic Writing Awards.

Maine has a talented pool of young writers and dedicated teachers who encourage their students to pursue their creative abilities.  The pieces of writing in this volume are inspiriting, moving, uplifting and entertaining. This publication is a celebration of their work.
