USM Social Media Planning Form

The University of Southern Maine (USM) community can submit news, events and other information to Marketing and Brand Managment to post in our official social media presences. Send a full description, photograph(s), video(s) and/or link(s) to Marketing and Brand Management.

For any faculty or staff member who wishes to establish and maintain a social media presence on behalf of the University, completing this form will allow us to help you develop a plan to achieve best results.

Once you complete and submit this form, Marketing and Brand Management will set up a meeting to discuss it with you. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Who will be the administrators of the account?
A student can be an administrator of your account, but you must also have at least one full-time, regular USM employee as an administrator. (Please note: Marketing and Brand Management will also serve as an additional admin.)
Please provide the name, phone number or email address of each administrator of your account(s).
How much time will your administrators spend on your social media presence(s) per week? This will include monitoring, developing content, posting and interacting with followers.
