Colgan pushes back job recovery forecast for Maine

Dr. Charles Colgan, associate director of the Maine Center for Business and Economic Research and faculty chair of the Community Planning and Development program at the Muskie School of Public Service, released the state of Maine's economic forecast on Nov. 13 as part of the Fall Economic Outlook Conference being held in Boston.
