Old-Fashioned "Indoor" Outdoor Band Concert

Time stands still when the USM School of Music’s Concert Band performs its Old-Fashioned Outdoor Concert on the Green outside Corthell Hall, USM Gorham. Under the direction of faculty member Peter Martin. USM is celebrating 10 years of this annual free event with favorite concert band songs.

"Rain, rain, go away!"

Since it's raining, rather than bringing your lawnchairs, blankets and picnic baskets, just bring your umbrellas, wellies, raincoats and slickers. We'll still have a fantastic time with a perfect activity for a rainy day!

Be sure to bring your children and grandchildren, parents and grandparents, aunts and uncles to the University of Southern Maine, Gorham campus to enjoy this wonderful concert.
 
Mother Nature cannot stop our music! Signs on campus will lead you to our rain site. If the sun shines, we’ll be on the lawn in front of Corthell Hall.
