Registrations for 2015 Summer Camps and Academies opens each year on the first business day of February.
Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Some sections fill very quickly; early registration is advised. A waiting list** will be kept for filled sections.
Please have your credit or debit card ready.
Register in three easy steps:
1. Complete the registration form that will be provided here. After you click submit, you will see a screen containing the rest of these instructions, and a link for online payment of your deposit. Important note, our communication with you will by primarily by e-mail from now through camp time. Please be sure to give an accurate and valid parent e-mail address.
2. After you submit the form, follow the link given to pay your $50 non-refundable deposit online by debit or credit card (note: cash and check deposits will also be accepted if received within 5 business of your initial registration).
3. Watch for an email that will confirm registration for your child. The email will be sent to the one provided on the registration form.
** A note about the waiting list: If your child is placed on a waiting list, we will hold your deposit. If a spot opens up, we'll let you know and the deposit will be applied to the camp fee. If you do not wish to remain on the waiting list, or we cannot offer you a spot, the deposit will be refunded. If your child remains on the waiting list until the start of camp, and you are offered a spot at that time but do not accept it, there will be no refund of the deposit. There are no guarantees with the waiting list, but there are times when a spot opens at the last minute, several people on the list, but no one able to attend. Therefore, please keep in touch if your plans change, and you do not wish to remain on the waiting list.
